Meet the voices behind the conversations
(she/her) AIDOS Italy Valentina Fanelli is project coordinator at AIDOS, an organization working for the rights and freedom of choice of women and girls worldwide. She manages projects to promote gender equality and tackle gender-based violence across educational, communication, and professional contexts. Her work focuses in particular on gender stereotypes, language and representation, and on collaborative, transformative learning tools and environments. She graduated in Sociology of Communication and holds a Master in Ethnopsichiatry and Psychology of Migration. (she/her) A.L.E.G. Romania Camelia Proca is founder and director of Association for Liberty and Equality of Gender – A.L.E.G., a nongovernmental organization active since 2004 in Romania in accredited social services and continuous training in the field of gender equality and prevention of gender-based violence. Camelia has been active in the field for over 20 years and has completed training in gender equality and women’s rights at the Lund University and the Raol Wallenberg Institute for Human Rights and Humanitarian Law in Sweden. Currently, she is undertaking Master of Studies in Sustainability Leadership at Cambridge University, UK. Camelia served for 2 years on board of the WAVE network. Since 2020, Camelia is member of CEO Circle with Global Fund for Children. Together with her team in A.L.E.G., Camelia is organizing yearly the Gender Equality Festival and campaigns like Employers for Respect promoting healthy relationships in both private and public settings. (she/her) ALEJ poradenské centrum Slovakia Zuzana has been working on the issue of violence against women for over a decade. Currently, she works as a counselor and an expert at ALEJ counseling center, which provides specialized services to women experiencing all forms of violence and also realizes various activities focused on prevention, awareness raising and social change. Zuzana has been involved in a long-term training in process-oriented psychology and also focuses on working with trauma (EMDR). Together with her colleague at ALEJ, she leads groups for survivors of sexual violence aimed at mitigating the impacts of violence. (she/her) Alternatives Européennes France & Italy Ségolène Pruvot is a Director of European Alternatives. Ségolène is a Doctor in Urban Sociology. In the course of her academic career and professional life, she specialised in the exploration of the intersection between arts and social change. Segolene has been leading activism and research projects on feminism and anti-gender such as FIERCE, on masculinism such as EMMELO and artists-focus projects such as Room to Bloom. She is curating Transeuropa Festival, which 2026 edition takes place in Athens (7-11 October 2026). Ségolène is committed to help building transnational connections between feminists in Europe and beyond, so as to secure the ground for common actions to foster social change and democracy. (she/her) AMUGE Spain Tamara Clavería Jiménez has spent more than twenty years campaigning for the rights of Romani women. As vicepresident of the Euskadi’s Romani Women’s Association (AMUGE), she has driven ground-breaking initiatives such as the Romani women’s feminist choir, the programme to empower older Roma women, the project Nos Persiguen which revealed the harassment faced by Roma women in stores, and the 1st International congress on gender-based anti-Gypsyism. Her career and work in AMUGE have earned her the Basque Institute for Women’s Award in 2024 and Biscay’s Regional Government’s Zirgari Award in 2022. (she/her) Ardear France Claire Giroux, I work at the Regional Association for the Development of Agricultural and Rural Employment (ARDEAR) Auvergne Rhône Alpes as Gender Coordinator and Fundraising Officer. I have been working for over 10 years in the Social and Solidarity Economy sector, both in NGOs and local associations, as a project manager. My main areas of interest are peasant agriculture, sustainable food systems, and gender issues. (she/her) Asociația SEXUL vs BARZA Romania Adriana Radu is President of the SEXUL vs BARZA (SEX vs THE STORK) Association. She holds a Master’s in Public Health from Charité Berlin and two Bachelor’s degrees in Literature from Université Lumière Lyon 2. A member of Romania’s Economic and Social Council (2021–2028), she represents women’s rights NGOs in the legislative process. Through her organization, she has contributed towards building a 500,000-strong online community and a counseling service with 6,500 beneficiaries. She has authored a comprehensive sex education manual for child protection professionals. (she/her) Association ADSF – Myriem MAÏCHA est directrice générale de l’ADSF (Agir pour la Santé des Femmes), association engagée pour l’accès à la santé des femmes en situation de grande précarité. Forte de plus de 30 ans d’expérience dans le secteur social et médico-social, elle développe des dispositifs d’«aller vers», notamment des unités mobiles, et porte une approche féministe visant à promouvoir des systèmes de santé plus inclusifs et accessibles aux femmes les plus vulnérables. (she/her) ASTRA Network Poland Ewa Szymera is a social change leader working at the intersection of gender equality and reproductive rights. She co-founded The Pink Box Foundation, Poland’s largest initiative addressing period poverty and menstrual stigma. At FEDERA, she coordinates the ASTRA Network, connecting 40+ organizations across Central and Eastern Europe and Central Asia to strengthen regional SRHR advocacy, partnerships, and systemic change. (she/her) B.a.B.e. Be active. Be emancipated. Croatia Petra Kontić, MA in Sociology, has served as President of B.a.B.e. since 2020 and leads the Gender Equality Program. She has experience in developing and implementing national and EU-funded projects on gender-based violence and gender equality, delivering trainings, advocacy, and awareness campaigns. She contributes to national working groups, prepares reports for the European Union Agency for Fundamental Rights, and participates in the Committee for Protection against Violence against Women and Domestic Violence. (she/her) Be Free Cooperativa Sociale contro trattamenti, violenza e discriminazioni Italy Marta Mearini is a social anthropologist and Board Member of BeFree Social Cooperative, an Italian feminist organization working against gender-based violence, human trafficking, and discrimination. She coordinates projects and services supporting women survivors of violence and exploitation, including shelters and community-based programs. Her work focuses on women’s rights, empowerment, training, advocacy, and international cooperation. (she/her) BECOMTECH France Lisa Fouilleul est directrice de BECOMTECH, association engagée pour l’égalité des chances et la mixité dans le numérique. Dr. Bulgarian Family Planning and Sexual Health Association (BFPA) Bulgaria Dr. Radosveta Stamenkova is the Executive Director of BFPA – NGO working 34 years in the field of sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR), health information and advocacy for the underserved and vulnerable. (http://bfpa.bg/). (she/her) Bulgarian Fund for women Bulgaria Gergana Kutseva has been part of the BFW since the organization’s relaunch in 2015 and currently serves as Co-Director. With nearly 20 years of experience in strategic communications across the nonprofit, cultural, corporate, and civic sectors, she combines extensive professional practice with strong academic expertise in research and analysis. She has also advised companies on CSR, worked on justice reform initiatives, and been part of long-term research teams monitoring political influence in the media environment. In recent years, her work at BFW has increasingly focused on developing innovative grantmaking strategies and analytical frameworks to assess the organization’s impact and its influence on the broader civic sector. (she/her) Calala Fondo de Mujeres Spain Fiona Montagud is a feminist activist with over 20 years of experience working on gender issues and women’s rights. She holds a degree in Political Science and a Master’s in Evaluation. She is a Program Manager at Calala Women’s Fund, a fund specialized in strengthening the women’s movement in Spain and Central America. At Calala, among others, she coordinates a specific program supporting organisations of domestic and care workers in Spain and promotes a transformative feminist philanthropy. (she/her) Casa Do Brasil De Lisboa Portugal Ana Paula Costa is a Social Scientist from the Federal University of Viçosa, Brazil. Holds a Master’s degree in Political Science and International Relations from NOVA University of Lisbon and a PhD in Political Science, with a specialization in Public Policy, from the same university. Associate Researcher at the Portuguese Institute of International Relations (IPRI). President of Casa do Brasil de Lisboa. In 2025, she was recognized as one of the 100 most influential Black personalities in the Lusophone world by the BANTUMEN Powerlist. (she/her) Central European University Hungary Angéla Kóczé is Associate Professor, Chair of Romani Studies, and Academic Director of the Roma Graduate Preparation Program at Central European University in Budapest and Vienna. She has published numerous peer-reviewed articles and book chapters with international presses, including Palgrave Macmillan, Ashgate, Routledge, and CEU Press, as well as several policy papers on social inclusion, gender equality, social justice, and civil society. In 2013, the Woodrow Wilson International Center for Scholars in Washington, DC, honored Kóczé with the Ion Ratiu Democracy Award for her interdisciplinary research approach, which combines community engagement and policymaking with in-depth participatory research on the situation of Roma. In 2023, the Bard Center for the Study of Hate named Kóczé the recipient of the Beth Rickey Award. In 2025, she received the Emma Goldman Snowball Award from the Netherlands-based FLAX Foundation. This award recognized her scholarship problematizing gendered racialization and racial oppression against Roma. She is the editor or co-editor of several volumes, including The Romani Women’s Movement: Struggles and Debates in Central and Eastern Europe (Routledge, 2019, with Violetta Zentai, Jelena Jovanović, and Enikő Vincze) and The Roma and Their Struggle for Identity in Contemporary Europe (Berghahn, 2020, with Huub van Baar). Her forthcoming monograph, Romani Women at the Edge of Neoliberal Europe: Discursive Emancipation and Structural Violence, will be published in July 2026 by Manchester University Press. (she/her) Central Information Office of Autonomous Women's Shelters Germany Nadine Weber is the coordinator of the Central Information Network of Autonomous Women’s Shelters (ZIF) in Germany. She represents these shelters in political contexts as well as in German and European feminist networks, advocating for women’s rights and protection from gender-based violence. She also coordinates their grassroots-based, democratically organized network. Previously, she worked in a women’s shelter in Berlin, gaining firsthand experience with the challenges faced by women affected by violence and their children, which informs her advocacy and coordination work. (she/her) Centre for Gender Rights and Equality DIOTIMA Greece Nadine Weber is the coordinator of the Central Information Network of Autonomous Women’s Shelters (ZIF) in Germany. (she/her) Centre for Women's Studies, Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, University of Rijeka Croatia Nadja Čekolj, PhD, is a postdoctoral researcher and senior assistant at the Department of Pedagogy, Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, University of Rijeka (Croatia). Her work focuses on gender, anti-gender movements, civic education, and volunteering, with a particular interest in qualitative methodology. Nadja is currently head of the Centre for Women’s Studies at the same faculty and is actively involved in teaching, research, and public outreach. (she/her) Centrul Filia Romania Andreea Rusu is the Executive Director of Centrul FILIA, a leading feminist NGO in Romania. With over 10 years of experience, she has spearheaded large-scale projects advocating for gender equality, women’s political representation and preventing and combatting gender-based violence. Andreea co-initiated Romania’s first informal parliamentary group for women’s rights, uniting in this legislature, 25 MPs from all democratic political parties. She also co-leads a diplomatic coalition of 21 embassies advocating for women’s rights in Romania. (she/her) CESI- Center for Education, Counselling and Research Croatia Nataša Bijelić is a sociologist with a degree from the University of Zagreb and a Master’s in Gender Studies from the London School of Economics and Political Science, UK. She has over 20 years of experience as a researcher, educator, and advocate at the feminist NGO CESI- Center for Education, Counselling and Research in Zagreb, Croatia, where she currently serves as coordinator. (she/her) Choisir la cause France Violaine Lucas is the executive director of the association founded by Simone de Beauvoir and Gisèle Halimi, Choisir la cause des femmes, in 1971. A feminist activist since 2003, she chaired the association (2020-2024). Since 2025, as executive director, she has been leading a Permanent Secretariat for a Queer Intersectionnal feminist europe aimed at harmonizing women’s and LGBTQIA+ rights upward. A trainer, local elected official, and author, she carries out European advocacy work. (she/her) Conflict Kitchen Foundation Poland Jarmila Rybicka (Jarmiła Rybicka) is a Sociologist, feminist organiser, and social innovator working at the intersection of migration and women’s rights. Founder of Conflict Kitchen, a feminist, queer-led foundation supporting refugees and co-founder of Grupa Granica, a coalition responding to human rights violations at the Polish–Belarusian border. Designs initiatives that strengthen safety, agency, and leadership of women with refugee experience, combining frontline support with advocacy and international collaboration. (she/her) Corra Foundation United Kingdom Natalia Lewandowska is a Programme Manager at Corra Foundation, where she leads grantmaking programmes focused on gender equity and human rights in Scotland. Her career spans philanthropy, policy, community development and the arts, including work on Scotland’s National Drugs Mission and previous roles in the film and theatre industries, supporting underrepresented voices. She is also a Trustee of Craft Scotland. Natalia is interested in how funding, partnerships and policy can advance gender equality, strengthen communities and support systems change. (she/her) Counterpoints Arts United Kingdom Dijana is a Senior Producer at Counterpoints Arts, a national organisation working in the field of arts, migration and cultural change. Dijana’s focus is socially engaged arts practice and her role spans production, curation and participation, with special interest in gender and climate justice. (she/her) DA Foundation Bulgaria Milena Kadieva holds an MA from the Plovdiv University “Paisii Hilendarski”, Bulgaria (Law, 1999), and an LLM from the Exeter University, United Kingdom (European Law, 2007). She is an international human rights lawyer working in the field of gender-based violence, children’s and vulnerable people’s rights protection. She litigates before the European Court of Human Rights and the CEDAW Committee. Milena Kadieva is the founder and director of DA Foundation – united against violence (2011). She is the winner of Child 10 award (2022). In 2023, she was awarded with a Badge of honor by the Plovdiv Bar Association for raising the authority of the legal protection in the area of domestic violence protection. She is a National ambassador for children’s rights protection (2024) and a Lawyer of the year for domestic violence victims’ protection (2025). (she/her) Dalan Fund Hungary Lilla Eredics is the Coordinator of the Romani Program at Dalan Fund, a community-led thematic funding stream supporting intersectional Romani organizing in Hungary, Romania, Poland and Slovakia. She is also a community organizer and anthropologist working focusing on Roma women’s organizing, sexual and reproductive rights, and participatory community approaches. She is Holding an MA degree in Sociology and Anthropology from CEU, her expertise in ethnographic research is currently applied at a research project at the Centre for Social Sciences, ELTE on arts-based education in marginalized communities. (she/her) Dignita Foundation Bulgaria I am a Project Manager at Dignita Foundation, where I develop and lead initiatives focused on preventing human trafficking and exploitation among vulnerable groups. My work includes supporting children and young people leaving residential care, Roma communities, survivors of violence, and women involved in sex work. I am particularly interested in prevention, empowerment, social inclusion, and rights-based approaches to protecting vulnerable populations. (she/her) Donne Nosotras not set Khadra Omar Osman is Head of Governance & Social Impact and Executive Director at Nosotras. A gender policy and human rights expert with 10+ years of experience, she shapes strategic vision and high-impact programmes through a systemic approach to gender justice. She leads initiatives addressing structural inequalities and advancing women’s empowerment, representing Nosotras in institutional and international networks and co-designing sustainable models for social change. (she/her) E-Romnja Association (The Association for Promoting Roma Women's Rights) Romania Dr. Carmen Gheorghe is a Roma feminist, activist and scholar. She is the co-founder of E-Romnja Association, a Roma feminist NGO in Romania who works at grassroots level with Roma women and girls addressing topics of community development, intersectionality, GBV and reproductive justice. She is also author for articles about Roma feminism and different topics published in Polirom, Routledge, Hecate or Cutra. Since 2018 she teaches an academic course within Bucharest University combining activism and Roma knowledge production. She is currently an Ashoka Fellow. (she/her) Early Education and Childcare Coalition United Kingdom Sarah Ronan is Executive Director of the Early Education and Childcare Coalition, a national advocacy organisation working to transform childcare in England. She developed the Coalition while at the Women’s Budget Group and previously led Pregnant Then Screwed’s award-winning pandemic response, including campaigns on childcare and pregnant workers’ rights. Sarah is a regular media commentator on childcare reform, gender equality and poverty, and serves on the boards of Baby Bank Alliance and Middleton Co-operating. (she/her) Ecumenical Women's Initiative Croatia I joined EWI as a volunteer in 2009 and have been part of the organisation ever since. Throughout the years, I have worked closely with partner organisations across the region, coordinating capacity-strengthening programmes and supporting their organisational development. What I enjoy most is creating spaces for learning, exchange, and collaboration, and helping organisations strengthen their work and increase their impact in the communities they serve. (Ms.) EDF, European Disability Forum Finland Ms. Pirkko Mahlamäki (Master of Arts, Master of Laws) was the secretary general of Finnish Disability Forum (2000-2021) and the first policy officer of the EDF (1997-1999). She has been a board member of EDF since 2013. She chairs the EDF’s Women’s Committee since 2022 and represents the Forum in the European Women’s Lobby (EWL), in the Board and several working groups. (she/her) Emma Association Hungary I am a feminist activist and sociologist, currently serving as the president and strategic director of EMMA Association, a Hungarian women’s organization. My work focuses on community-based support, advocacy, and feminist organizing, primarily in the field of sexual and reproductive health and rights. In recent years, I have also gained experience with monitoring, evaluation, and learning (MEL) processes through civil society projects. (she/her) En Avant Toutes (EAT) France Ynaée Benaben is co-founder of the charity ‘En avant toute(s)’, which works to promote gender equality and end violence against young people, women and LGBTQIA+ people. The organisation runs Commentonsaime.fr, the national chat service for victims of gender-based and sexual violence, as well as a helpline for students in distress, and the first social support service via videoconference aimed at women. It supports young victims of gender-based violence and offers training on gender equality in primary schools, secondary schools and sixth-form colleges, as well as vocational training. (she/her) END FGM EU Network Belgium Lilla Eredics is the Coordinator of the Romani Program at Dalan Fund, a community-led thematic funding stream supporting intersectional Romani organizing in Hungary, Romania, Poland and Slovakia. She is also a community organizer and anthropologist working focusing on Roma women’s organizing, sexual and reproductive rights, and participatory community approaches. She is Holding an MA degree in Sociology and Anthropology from CEU, her expertise in ethnographic research is currently applied at a research project at the Centre for Social Sciences, ELTE on arts-based education in marginalized communities. (she/her) Eurocarers Belgium Shannon Pfohman is Eurocarers’ Executive Director and is dedicated to building “carer-friendly societies”, combining the lived experiences of informal carers with evidence-based research to ensure that care is a choice rather than a burden. Prior to joining Eurocarers, Shannon held leadership roles at AEIDL, Caritas Europa, the European Network Against Racism, and the Confederation of German Trade Unions. Her roles have spanned research, advocacy, hospice care, among others. She holds a PhD in Political Science, attained at the Free University in Berlin. (he/his) European Roma Rights Center (ERRC) not set Đorđe Jovanović is President of the European Roma Rights Centre (ERRC), a feminist, international human rights law organisation working to combat anti-Roma racism and discrimination across Europe. His relationship with the ERRC dates back to 2001, and he has dedicated his professional life to the emancipation of the Roma people, drawing on his family’s history of surviving fascism and persecution. He was appointed President of the ERRC in May 2016, having previously served as the organisation’s Research and Networks Director. Under his leadership, the ERRC has been recognised with several major honours, including the 2018 Access to Justice Award, the 2018 Columbia Global Freedom of Expression Prize, and the Council of Europe’s 2018 Raoul Wallenberg Prize. (she/her) European Women's Lobby Belgium Lama Jaghjougha is a programme management and feminist advocacy professional specialising in gender equality, migration, and women’s empowerment. She is Programme Director at the European Women’s Lobby (EWL) in Brussels and founder of Raise Women’s Awareness Network (RWAN), supporting migrant and refugee women through education and skills development. She is passionate about creating inclusive opportunities and advancing social impact through collaboration and advocacy. (she/her) Federa Poland A graduate of the University of Warsaw (Faculty of Neophilology) and the Higher School of Economics. She completed postgraduate studies in foreign service at the Institute of International Affairs. A scholarship holder of the Kościuszko Foundation in New York. (she/her) FemFund Poland Magda is a feminist and resource justice activist committed to systemic transformation. In 2018 she initiated and co-founded the Feminist Fund in Poland, which is a power-shifting, community-led, trust-based, and a participatory grantmaker supporting grassroots and frontline organizing. Magda’s background spans transformative philanthropy, women’s human rights, regenerative activism and intersectional organizing. In recent years she’s been involved with FRIDA The Young Feminist Fund, FundAction and Fenomenal Funds. She is a cross-cultural psychologist by training. She has been working in the NGO sector for almost 20 years on issues of participation and empowerment, and is delighted that at filia she can finally do so with a feminist focus. Her role at filia is to raise the visibility of grassroots feminist work and to leverage funding – both through advocacy work, fundraising and via a sustainable asset management strategy. Constanze also holds a lecturer position at a university of social work. There, she works with students on public perceptions of social issues. (she/her) Fine Acts Foundation Bulgaria Yana Buhrer Tavanier is the co-founder & Executive Director of Fine Acts – a global creative studio for social impact. She has a background as an award-winning investigative journalist, and also co-founded Bulgaria’s largest volunteering platform TimeHeroes.org. Yana holds degrees from Sofia University, and Еxecutive Еducation from Harvard, Yale, Oxford & NTU-Singapore. She is a TED Senior Fellow, Fulbright Scholar, WEF YGL, Allianz Foundation Fellow & Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts. (she/her) FNCIDFF France Deeply committed to combating gender-based and sexual violence and promoting equality, I initially chose to study anthropology and social ethnology at the École des Hautes Études en Sciences Sociales (EHESS). Her doctoral research focused on Roma storytelling and social memory, and she did her fieldwork with settled and semi-nomadic Roma communities in Greece. Her subsequent research work focuses further on diaspora narratives, migration and childhood, as well as migrant women’s solidarity networks. On the basis of that research, together with migrant women leaders in Greece, she co-founded Melissa Network in 2014, an award-winning organization with women members from over 50 countries. Melissa Network has developed an innovative, holistic pathway for the empowerment and integration of refugee and migrant women and girls and has taken a leading role in supporting women leaders from crisis zones, including Afghanistan & Ukraine. Born in Albania and based in Barcelona, she serves as Vice-President of the Municipal Council of the Roma People of Barcelona and leads initiatives promoting Roma participation, education, and cultural preservation. Recognized internationally for her work on Roma rights and Roma feminism, she is a prominent voice for equality, social justice, and democratic inclusion across Europe. Last year, Purposeful made 700 grants across more than 100 countries, won a landmark public interest case against the Government of Sierra Leone in the West African Courts of Justice, and produced ground-breaking research and storytelling that centers the stories and experiences of the young activists holding the line and advancing the agenda in every corner of the Globe. Rosa began working in front-line social services with women and girls in the UK 20 years ago, with a focus on survivors of early childhood sexual abuse, sex trafficking, and the criminal justice system. The many years she spent on night shifts in homeless hostels, on needle exchange buses and in local courtrooms battling systems on behalf of young people laid the foundations for the work she does today. Vivienne studied sociology at Warwick University, Women’s History at Essex University and Management at Westminster University. Vivienne’s first inspiration comes from her mother, a working class woman who left school in her early teens to work in a factory, but who impressed upon her children the importance of education and an open mind. Vivienne has spent over 30 years working in the women’s sector, both delivering, managing and leading services and organisations. Her passion is to support and improve the life experiences of women and their children, and most of her work has focused on this. Vivienne is often invited to speak at events on a wide range of issues and is not afraid to challenge myths and misconceptions regarding women’s equality. She is recognised as a leader and expert in the field. She has been key to the collaborative efforts of numerous women’s organisations in preparation of the UK government’s examination of CEDAW at the United Nations on their progress in achieving all women’s rights. Her doctoral research focused on Roma storytelling and social memory, and she did her fieldwork with settled and semi-nomadic Roma communities in Greece. Her subsequent research work focuses further on diaspora narratives, migration and childhood, as well as migrant women’s solidarity networks. When and where will the Europe & UK Ensemble be?
The Europe & UK Ensemble will take place from November 30th to December 3rd 2026 at the Electra Metropolis Hotel in Athens, Greece. The Electra Metropolis Hotel is located at Mitropoleos 15, Athens 105 57, Greece. It is located near Syntagma Square.

What time zone is Athens?
The local time zone in Athens is Eastern European Time (EET), GMT+2.
What are the languages used at the Europe & UK Ensemble?
The working language for the Ensemble will be English, and on-site interpretation in French, Slovak and Spanish will be provided.
Will the sessions/programmes be available online or recorded?
No, there will not be any virtual sessions or participation, and the sessions/workshops at the Ensemble will not be recorded. For the purposes of internal communications, photography will be present throughout the entire duration of the Ensemble.
Will meals be provided?
Yes, meals will be provided on all three days of the event.
Will travel and logistics support be provided?
Yes, travel and logistical support will be provided by Fondation CHANEL who will directly pay for a return economy flight, meals, and 3-nights of hotel accommodation.
How do I get from Athens International Airport to the hotel?
Collective or individual transfers between the airport and the hotel will be provided for partners travelling between 30 November and 3 December. Transfers cannot be arranged outside these dates.
What do I need to prepare for check-in at the hotel?
Upon arrival at the hotel, please provide your full name and passport directly to the hotel reception to check-in. Booking confirmations will not be emailed to you prior to your check in. If you have extended your stay with the hotel (and it is not covered by Fondation CHANEL), please prepare a valid credit or debit card to pay for the additional nights.
What if I am no longer able to attend the event (e.g. visa issues, illness, etc.)?
